Position: Data Manager/Data Entry Operator

About the Role:
The Immune Oncology Research Institute is seeking a dedicated Data Manager/Data Entry Operator to join our team as part of an international research project conducted at Yeolyan Hematology and Oncology Center. The project, supported by Resonance Inc. is focused on acute lymphoblastic leukemia and plays a critical role in advancing clinical research and patient care in Armenia.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management:
Oversee the collection, storage, and management of patient care data.
Ensure that all patient information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Maintain secure databases and data storage systems, ensuring compliance with relevant privacy regulations.
2. Clinical Data Management:
Manage and oversee the collection, validation, and processing of clinical data for research purposes.
Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure that data collection methods meet research and regulatory standards.
Ensure data integrity and quality control throughout the data lifecycle, from collection to analysis.
3. Data Accessibility:
Ensure that healthcare providers have timely access to accurate patient information.
Facilitate the easy retrieval of patient data for care planning, psychosocial services, discharge planning, and research purposes.
4. Support Case Management:
Collaborate with the Social Support/Clinical Team to provide data that supports clinical, financial, and patient satisfaction outcomes.
Monitor and analyze patient data to identify trends and improve case management practices.
5. Transition Management:
Support the transition management functions by providing necessary data and resources to patients moving through different stages of care.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with healthcare providers, case managers, clinical researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure data needs are met.
Communicate effectively with team members to address any data-related issues or concerns.
7. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all data management practices comply with relevant regulations and standards, including those related to clinical research.
Regularly review and audit data for accuracy and quality, particularly in the context of clinical studies.
8. Training and Support:
Provide training and support to staff on data management systems, clinical data collection methods, and best practices.
Assist in the development and implementation of data management protocols for both patient care and research activities.
9. Reporting and Analysis:
Generate reports and perform basic data analysis to support decision-making in patient care, case management, and clinical research.
Identify and report on key performance indicators related to data management and research outcomes.
